Jonathan Pham, PhD
Jonathan Pham, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UCLA and also serves as the Director of the Clinical Physics Assistant Program. He received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Bucknell University (2017) and his master’s degree in medical physics from Duke University (2019). He completed his PhD in the Physics and Biology in Medicine program at UCLA in 2023, where his research focused on the use of MR-guided radiation therapy to improve prostate cancer treatment planning and outcome assessment. He went on to complete his Medical Physics Residency at UCLA in 2025. Dr. Pham’s clinical and research interests include external beam radiation therapy workflow optimization, adaptive radiotherapy, and the integration of advanced imaging to support personalized treatment. - Westwood’s physics team
