This limited-edition, soft cover notebook features original artwork designed for UCLA Health employees by Dinara Mirtalipova, an award-winning folk artist and illustrator.
You can get one by donating to the UCLA Foundation health area or program of your choice!
$20 minimum donation for one notebook. $10 minimum donation for each additional notebook.
Available until June 30 or while supplies last.
Minimum $20 donation for one notebook. Minimum $10 for each additional notebook. Fair market value of one notebook is $8. The tax deductibility of your donation will reflect the number of notebooks purchased. Notebooks will be delivered in July 2025.
If you do not wish to receive further fundraising information from UCLA Health Sciences, please either call us at (855) 364-6945 or email us at [email protected] providing your name, address, phone number, email, and from which department you're requesting to be removed. Should this fund reach the campus minimum required for the establishment of an endowment or quasi-endowment, The UCLA Foundation reserves the right to convert this fund to an endowment or quasi-endowment.
