Kingdom University Hospital
Kingdom University Hospital
Amman, Jordan
Overview
UCLA Health is advising on the development of Kingdom University Hospital, a 330-bed, general academic medical center in Amman, Jordan. The hospital is designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while integrating academic medicine, clinical research, and medical education.
In parallel, a new medical school is being established in partnership with University College London (UCL) as the education partner. Together, the hospital and medical school will serve as a regional hub for advanced care, training, and research. The clinical model focuses on five core specialty areas: Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Neurology, and Oncology.
Through international collaborations such as this, UCLA Health advances its mission to extend world-class clinical standards globally, expand access to high-quality healthcare, strengthen medical education, and foster clinical research capacity.
