I am a very busy inpatient Nurse Practitioner. I don't think that I can say this about many physicians and their offices. Dr. Ruman is ALWAYS on time. I don't know how she and her office accomplish this. She is a role model for physicians. Since I am so busy at work, I really can't spend more than a half hour getting in and out for appointments. It is a huge stress relief to know that when I have a need, I don't have to get hours behind at work too. Dr. Ruman is also very thorough and caring. She gently prods me to be adherent with care. I tend to joke around with my health issues. On one occasion, my blood pressure was very elevated during recent confirmation hearings. I made light of it blaming it on the injustice. She used her whit an humor and relayed that although she appreciated my lighthearted approach, she thought it was more and adjusted my medication. It was necessary it wasn't just stress. I have felt tremendously better ever sense. I would like to express my appreciate for all of the wonderful care of patients that Dr. Ruman provides.
