So you call yourself a foodie? Come talk to us when you've got menu items named after you at several different restaurants.
That's the case with Courtney Lyder, the charismatic dean of UCLA's School of Nursing, who has become a regular at Westwood eateries - so much so that several of them have named cocktails or dishes after him. He's such a frequent patron at these establishments that the Hotel Palomar's Blvd 16 Restaurant and Lounge has named a cocktail after Lyder's French bulldog, Layla.
To read more about the epicurean delights the dean has inspired, see the complete story on the UCLA Magazine website.
