UCLA Health has been recognized as part of the Forbes’ annual list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2020, published today.
Forbes partnered with Statista, Inc., a statistics portal and industry ranking provider, to pinpoint organizations highly recommended by their employees in its second ever ranking of America’s best employers by state.
“UCLA Health is consistently recognized for its employment practices, and we’re honored by the recommendations of our workforce who continue to reinforce that our organization is a great place to work,” says Susi Takeuchi, chief human resources officer, UCLA Health.
The America’s Best-in-State Employers ranking was based on an independent survey of approximately 80,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people in their U.S. operations. The surveys were administered using a series of online panels and provide a representative sample of the U.S. workforce. Direct and indirect employee recommendations were evaluated on a state level.
