The UCLA Medical Physics Residency Program either recruits candidates directly or participates in the Medical Physics Matching Program.  The decision of participating in the MedPhys Match will be made prior to the opening of the matching process.  If the decision is made for participating in Match, residency applications will be accepted through the MedPhys Match website between October and December. The UCLA Department of Radiation Oncology residency admission committee will review and rank the applications and will interview top candidates.

Application Cycle July 2027:

The program plans to recruit to fill three open residency positions for the July 1, 2027 start cycle.
