Annual physical, straight forward. However, Dr. Brown took the opportunity to consult with his colleagues of whom had seen me before to get a firsthand perspectives and also to provide some candid discussions on my current health condition(s).

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Philip Brown since 2021, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, he’s consistently demonstrated genuine compassion, professionalism, and an exceptional ability to listen. He never makes me feel rushed, always takes my concerns seriously, and comes into each appointment well prepared after reviewing my medical history and records. It’s clear that he sees the whole patient, not just the chart. What stands out most is how much Dr. Brown truly cares. He combines outstanding medical knowledge with empathy, respect, and excellent bedside manner, making every visit feel collaborative and reassuring. He explains things clearly, answers every question thoughtfully, and makes me feel confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. His commitment to his patients is evident in every interaction. After my appointment today, I left feeling just as grateful as I have after every visit over the past several years. Dr. Brown continues to exemplify what a primary care physician should be: knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and deeply invested in his patients’ well-being. UCLA Health is fortunate to have him, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.

It was a very good experience! I only had to wait a very short amount of time before Dr. Brown met with me. He was very kind and considerate and listened carefully as I described my symptoms. I really appreciated the attention he gave me, along with the solution to my problem.
