Julius Charles
EXOS Performance Specialist, M.S., XPS, XFS, NCCPT
Julius is a Performance Specialist with EXOS. His defining trait as a coach lies in his genuine personality and belief that exercise is medicine. He looks to build relationships and provide a therapeutic experience to training, through proper movement and intentional mindset. His approach to exercise and sports performance training provides a platform for people to break down barriers and build healthy relationships.
He began his EXOS career as an intern for EXOS Headquarters in Phoenix Arizona. He went on to become a performance specialist at this location, leading the team training programs with Sereno Soccer Club and Valparaiso Soccer Club. In 2016, he traveled with Valparaiso Soccer Club to provide performance support at their nationals tournament. They became the first soccer team in Arizona to win nationals that year. Julius also ran corporate wellness programs at Intel Corporation in Arizona, and launched a fitness program at Spotnails company in Illinois.
Julius was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. He received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Lane College in 2014, and earned his Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies at Eastern Illinois University in 2016.

Luis Morales
EXOS Performance Specialist, B.S., CSCS, XPS, XFS, FMS
Luis is a Performance Specialist with EXOS. His goal with coaching is simple: to create an environment where athletes can learn and grow, not only in sport, but also in life. While implementing a variety of training strategies, he always encourages communication, accountability, and a positive mindset.
He began his EXOS career as a Health Fitness Specialist with EXOS at Autodesk in the San Francisco Bay Area. During his tenure with Autodesk, Luis was able to practice coaching locally and internationally, bringing corporate wellness programs and individualized coaching to Autodesk employees around the world. His experience also includes strength and conditioning with high school football athletes as well as bringing rehabilitation care to patients in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic.
Luis received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, with an emphasis in Kinesiology, from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Sarah Adler
EXOS Performance Dietitian, MS RDN LDN NASM-CPT
Sarah takes an 'all foods fit' approach that encompasses balance and a healthy relationship with food. She takes an evidence-based approach to educate athletes and individualize their nutrition plan to optimize performance & recovery, and help reach their next-level goals.
Sarah’s passion for helping athletes to fuel properly began in her time as a multi-sport Division 1 collegiate athlete at Northeastern University where she played field hockey and competed in cross country & track events. Sarah also has experience coaching high-level runners, and she continues to train and compete in middle-distance races including the 800m and mile.
Sarah completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition Boston University and completed her dietetic internship at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. She broadened her expertise in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) with her experience at the Division of Sports Medicine and the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. She continues to address a need at the intersection of energy deficiency and sport—promoting adequate nutrition to boost peak athletic performance, strength gains, and injury prevention.

Deviny Mo
EXOS General Manager
Deviny is General Manager of UCLA Health Sports Performance, Powered by EXOS. She helps tailor solutions for individuals and organizations to meet and exceed their sport and health & wellness needs. Deviny takes a practical, goal-minded approach to guide people towards their full potential.
She began her career in her hometown, coaching volleyball at Seattle Academy and operating a beach volleyball center in Bellevue, WA. After a couple years as a coach, she realized she had more to accomplish as an athlete. She moved to the South Bay to pursue the dream of playing professional beach volleyball. She quickly discovered that in order to become a high-level athlete, it would take more than just practicing the game. She sought out sports performance training, which helped take her game to the pro level.
Prior to joining UCLA Health Sports Performance Powered by EXOS, she worked at Velocity Sports Performance where she found her passion in the sports performance industry. Not only was she able to help athletes perform better, but she helped athletes gain confidence in themselves.
Deviny graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in English.
