HIIT Total Body
Tone up your entire body with these guided workouts. They can be done with traditional weights, or you can load up your backpack with books for a full body workout. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Tuesday.
Challenge your core and improve your stability. If you are feeling fatigued in your legs and arms, these classes will focus on your torso, from your hips to chest. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Wednesday.
Increase your strength and stamina with ladder workouts. We will challenge your ability to rep it out with these quick and creative workouts. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Thursday.
Get your heart rate up, and improve your cardio while staying at home. We will introduce all types of movements to give you an all-in-one total experience. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Monday and Friday.
