I couldn’t get out of bed & drive myself to UCLA to give a urine specimen for bladder infection & no one was helping me until my Drs office staff called me to set up a online visit-to which I had no idea they could do. I was very grateful to finally get heard for my problem & the Dr online was very nice & very understanding

He held eye contact, demonstrated empathetic listening skills, explained my predicament in lay terms which were easily understandable, and repeated back the treatment options patiently when I asked for clarification. And he didn?t show queasiness (at least not outwardly) when I mentioned menstruation symptoms, which is more than I can say for most men medical practitioners I?ve seen over the course of a lifetime. 10/10 would recommend coming to this location again. Also, in case this isn?t asked in a future question, the front office staff were helpful and kind.
