I saw Dr Aljidui for another injury to my right knee and he was wonderful. He made suggestions for an improved knee support, ordered an xray of my ankle which I injured, reviewed with me my MRI results and explained next steps for treatment.

He was a good provider in the sense where he gave me the information that I needed and I wanted, but he was not very personable with my child. He was very flat and affect with my child. My son is four years old and he didn’t do anything extra that I was amazed by he just came in did his assessment and left the room.

I arrived without an appointment, but the wait wasn’t bad about 40 minutes until I saw the provider, Dr Ali, the MA and the RN (sorry I forgot names) were all excellent, professional and quick with their care. Absolutely great. The whole process was about an hour, I receivers the medication I needed, got my blood/labs done in the room I didn’t have to go to the lab, and was on my way home soon after.

Dr Aljidui saw me for pain in my knee which is probably a result of a fall 4 months ago, He is personal, compassionate and an excellent doctor in the way he assess the injury, reflects on past events that lead to my current condition. He is thorough in his evaluation and excellent at communicating his findings to me with regard for future treatment.

Dr. Ali is such a wonderful doctor. He really takes the time to listen to his patients’ concerns and makes you feel heard. He genuinely connects with his patients — you can tell he cares. I was so impressed that he even asked how my kids were doing and remembered that he saw them when they were sick. You don’t often find doctors who remember personal things like your family, and it really shows how much he values his patients.

Dr. Ali was very thorough with all of the questions he asked me about my health issues and history. It was the first time in a very long time that I did not feel rushed at a doctor’s appointment and really felt like I was being heard. I was seeing him for a prescription refill, until I could see my new PCP, and he made sure to order labs so that he could check everything and help treat me until then. I was very appreciative that he took the time to ask me for detailed information about my health. He even messaged me the next morning, when my lab results returned, to inform me of the results.
