She basically just told me what I already knew. I didn’t feel she eas really invested in helping me achieve a goal together. There was no plan for follow up and at the end of the appt just said okay. Bye.. it was not the appt I was expecting. I won’t be going back to her.

Dr Kieu was very detailed, thoughtful, caring, and explained and reviewed my chart with me. I really appreciate that she does not rush and takes the time to be an amazing doctor by listening, acknowledging my symptoms, and then resolving my issues with explanations and screenings. She saved my life by advising me to go have my mammogram and immediately called me to go get my biopsy. The most important thing was her follow-up care and taking the time to call me back even when it was in the evening after her work day. She sensed my hesitation about getting a biopsy and made sure to encourage me to take care of my health. She has always gone above and beyond to communicate and connect/understand me to support my wellness and I am so grateful to her. She deserves an award if one exists for her dedication and level of care to her patients. Thank you so so so much Dr Anh Kieu!

Dr k i e u has been my doctor for probably over 30 years she is the best. She is one of the main reasons I stay with UCLA the others are good but she's the best. If I have an issue it's something that can't wait she will try her best to squeeze me in and always returns my call within a few hours at the most not 24 to 48 hours like they say on the recording. She has saved me several times I will never doubt what she says I always ask for her second opinion whenever a specialist says something to me

Dr Kieu was very helpful. She gave me some gentle neck and back exercises to help the stiffness. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable about my problem. She ordered a muscle relaxant and some short term physical therapy. I was very grateful that there was an opening today .

I was having pain and swelling in my leg which was getting worse this morning it was pretty sore I messaged my doctor to my chart asking for advice usually I can't make an appointment for weeks she called me back a little after 8:00 saying she could see me that day 3:00. It's awesome she was able to see me same day and also to get back to me within the hour when it says expect a response 24 to 48 hours never with her she's the best one of the main reasons I'm sticking with the UCLA system every time insurance changes my only thing is I have to be able to see my UCLA primary

My doctor took notes, was very attentive and asked if I had any questions. She also made suggestions to improve my diet and what to do to help lower my blood pressure. I will get my test results in the mail with an understanding that if I have questions I will call her. She also will refer me to a dermatologist and at the request of my psychologist will give me the name of a neurological psychologist.
