Asal Askarinam, MD

Dr. Asal Askarinam is a board-certified Family Physician. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to beautiful Southern California to be closer to family. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Physiological Science and then completed her medical degree at UC Irvine, followed by her family medicine residency at Adventist Health Glendale. Dr. Askarinam enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She enjoys getting to know her patients as individuals and helping them achieve their healthiest selves. In addition to preventive care, Dr. Askarinam also has an interest in women's health and pediatrics. Outside of medicine, Dr. Askarinam enjoys spending time with family and friends,baking and traveling. A Bruin at heart, Dr. Askarinam is excited to be joining UCLA where her path towards medicine began.
