Aung Z. Lin, DO

Dr. Aung Lin is an infectious disease specialist at UCLA. In addition to general infectious diseases, Dr. Lin has a particular interest in orthopedic infections and has presented at both local and national conferences on this topic. As a dedicated clinician-educator, he was selected to serve as a chief resident physician where he oversaw the educational curriculum and wellness programs during residency training. He enjoys teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and currently serves as a clinical preceptor for medical students from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.

Dr. Lin received his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Kaiser Permanente and infectious disease fellowship at University of Southern California/Los Angeles General Medical Center.
