She knew exactly what needed to be done for my symptoms. She was kind and patient & offered me everything that will help me get well. She sent in all the prescriptions I will need. This was fast & easy & I appreciated not having to walk in to Toluca Health center to wait in a lobby full of sick people to see a doctor. I can’t even sit up. Having the ability to speak with a skilled professional so quickly in the comfort of my bed was exactly what I needed today. Thank you UCLA Heath & to the talented dr I spoke with today. Very impressed. I will definitely use the Immediate care video visit again. Huge time saver. Exceeded all my needs today.
