She listened to my concerns
As a follow up to a video call with another UCLA doctor I was only able to schedule a video call. Dr So wrote back saying that if I needed meds she needed to see me. I drove in, we can a quick but good meeting. I hope to feel better in another day or two. 5 Stars for fitting in into her busy schedule.
I had my first appointment with Dr. So for an annual checkup. Although the appointment was brief, I felt heard and well cared for. Dr. So was attentive and informative, and I feel confident continuing my care with this practice.
