Dr. King was extremely professional. I visited urgent care due to a bad cold/flu with wheezing, He had me undergo a chest xray then a CT scan. Went to ER for heart and lung issues that were incidental findings. I am thankful that I discovered these other issues because of Dr. King���s vigilance.

The receptionist guided me to the video call very kindly. The soft ware was very user friendly; & intuitive. Dr. King was very helpful & patient while I explained my needs for a prescription refill. Then, I appreciated the time he took in laying out a “pain management plan.” The video chat is such an amazing time saver tool; & all was handled very professionally.

Dr. King and the UCLA Immediate Care staff are very nice, helpful, and genuinely are dedicated to patients. I was very impressed with their listening skills, meeting the patient needs, going beyond expectations. I was anxious about my anxiety medication being refilled over the weekend, and Immediate Care, instead of not being there on a weekend, was there with a pleasant demeanor, plus efficient.

I went to Century City urgent care in the evening. The Front desk person was polite and friendly. The waiting time was not bad. Dr. King came in and diagnosed and prescribed medicine so that I picked them up on my way back home. He listened to my concerns well. The whole experience was efficient and well organized.

Dr Edward King was so great with my concerns and reassured me of my worries. I went in thinking I had a UTI. Eventhough the initial test was negative, He suggested sending it to the lab for a more detailed testing, along with other testing. I felt much better after I left. All the nurses as well as Dr King had amazing bedside manner. They made me feel safe and heard. I really appreciated it.

The Doctor, very patiently detected the medical issue and explained it to me. He then examined, and eliminated, other potential side issues, prescribed a medication, and outlined the way forward. He asked me to return if the symptoms haven’t disappeared in three days. He had a very calm demeanor, and was extremely polite and courteous. Excellent experience overall, even for a nervous patient like me!
