Dr. King and the UCLA Immediate Care staff are very nice, helpful, and genuinely are dedicated to patients. I was very impressed with their listening skills, meeting the patient needs, going beyond expectations. I was anxious about my anxiety medication being refilled over the weekend, and Immediate Care, instead of not being there on a weekend, was there with a pleasant demeanor, plus efficient.

I went to Century City urgent care in the evening. The Front desk person was polite and friendly. The waiting time was not bad. Dr. King came in and diagnosed and prescribed medicine so that I picked them up on my way back home. He listened to my concerns well. The whole experience was efficient and well organized.

He was good, attentive, and listened to my questions. Very comfortable with his medical knowledge but he needs to relax a little more when it comes to relating to patients. I suspect that will come with time and experience. It is a high stress job and high stress for patients as well. It helps everyone when you take a moment to center yourself and the situation.

Dr Edward King was so great with my concerns and reassured me of my worries. I went in thinking I had a UTI. Eventhough the initial test was negative, He suggested sending it to the lab for a more detailed testing, along with other testing. I felt much better after I left. All the nurses as well as Dr King had amazing bedside manner. They made me feel safe and heard. I really appreciated it.

The Doctor, very patiently detected the medical issue and explained it to me. He then examined, and eliminated, other potential side issues, prescribed a medication, and outlined the way forward. He asked me to return if the symptoms haven’t disappeared in three days. He had a very calm demeanor, and was extremely polite and courteous. Excellent experience overall, even for a nervous patient like me!

As a walk-in I wasn't expecting such immediate and thorough care. I got tested for things I hadn't thought of anf it appears I hadn't considered bronchitis or pneumonia. I have just been very used to diagnosing myself with simple cold or flu. Glad to have come in.

Doctor came in the examining room, introduced himself, said my xray,( I came to the center because I had fallen a while back And injured my knee) would be taken shortly. The xray was taken, I went back to the room . After a few the doc came in told me it was ok, or probably a contusion.or bone bruise. If I had any further problems to call and that he had sent in a recommendation for an orthopedic doctor in case my knee got worse.
