My visit today was wonderful, Dr. Helen C. Okoh is the BEST OF THE BEST! Always on time and greeted with a bright smile. I use to always bring my mother with me to the doctors office but not anymore ever since I started seeing Dr. OKOH. She is extremely knowledgable and has a warm kind heart for people in need of care. I thank God for her and I am soooo glad she is apart of the ucla team!

I expressed to her my concerns and she was able to assist me with advice right away. She remembers details about my problems making it easy to address new information from previous referral visits! Being under her care has made me not afraid to go to the doctors office. I was in and out with the proper care needed.

Dr. Okoh is just great. She absorbs information so quickly and patiently asks relevant questions. And before explaining my options checks on the limitations that my insurance might impose. After outlining the options she always patiently listens to my concerns and either accommodates my concerns, or explains the risks of any modification that I had suggested.

The doctor seemed uninterested and did not ask enough questions. She walked into the room and introduced herself without looking at me, walked up to the computer and started reviewing my chart. In the notes after the evaluation, I noticed that three major surgeries were omitted from my history, whereas my tonsillectomy at age 8 were listed. I did not feel she was as engaged with me and my care as other physicians in the same practice have been.
