Reviews
Much better than prior appointments I've had. This provider was more engaged and encouraging. I plan to move my care over moving forward.
I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the doctor is very kind, knowledgeable, and followed through on my requests—including a referral to a menopause clinic and an insurance appeal for medication. However, as someone who rarely visits the doctor and prides myself on managing my own health, I felt dismissed when discussing my symptoms. When I brought up potential causes I had researched or discussed with family, she suggested my concerns were fueled by social media. While I understand the frustration with 'internet medicine,' I wish my specific pain and brain fog had been treated with more curiosity rather than being generalized as a social media trend. I appreciate her help, but the delivery made me feel unheard.
Stellar patient communication
Dr Dieu had to give me the bad news that I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. She was positive in her approach and attitude and made me feel comfortable with prognosis
Best !
