Wasn’t able to go in to see a doctor but them were able to schedule a video call and the doctor was nice and prescript an antibiotic for this emergency. I really appreciated her and the whole UCLA. Everyone there is always so always so caring and helpful.

Decent staff, decent doctor. Complete lack of human touch/empathy. Stone cold told me the tests she wanted to run, told me to hold a med for 48h for another test, told me they wanted an ultrasound to check something else. No warmth, no smile, no "we really want to help you feel better". Nothing. Probably an amazing doctor. Will not return.
