Dr. Sherman, a native New Yorker, earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He is board certified in Family Medicine and completing his residency at UCLA in Santa Monica. Currently, he lives in in the South Bay with his wife and their rescue puppy, Lulu. He enjoys sports, reading, dogs, and caring for patients of all ages.

I love the fact that Dr Sherman is ALWAYS on time. He's never had me wait more than 5 - 10 minutes. It shows he respects his patients. I've had other UCLA and non-UCLA doctors that have made me wait 30 to 45 minutes. I never go back to them if I can help it. Dr Sherman was patient and professional as I explained my recent visit to the ER at UCLA hospital in Santa Monica. We reviewed my conditions and the treatments which have been evolving recently to treat my blood pressure and low sodium levels. My condition has finally stabilized and is improving. This morning I had my annual physical with Dr Jason Sherman. Under his care over the past year , with the assistance of his recommended Zepbound prescription, and ongoing communication with Dr Sherman my health has improved dramatically. My physical exam today was thorough and he confirmed my blood pressure was in a great range along with my weight and overall well being. He answered my questions with patience and gave insightful responses. I communicated my exercise routine I follow and he asked a lot about my nutrition and food habits confirming I was on a healthy path. I feel very comfortable with Dr Sherman as my physician and the prompt responses to MyChart messages throughout the year keeps me on track. Thank you UCLA Health and Dr Sherman for everything.

I don’t know what I do without Dr. Sherman. He is incredibly responsive. Completely cares. My daughter just received a very difficult diagnosis of epilepsy and it’s been very difficult for the family. He has been the go to for me. I feel very fortunate as he was able to take my daughter on as a patient as she aged out of UCLA pediatrics. He truly is incredibly intelligent, caring, and just a really kind man. I really don’t have enough words to express my gratitude.
