Jeffrey T. Fujimoto, MD

Jeff Fujimoto is a Clinical Instructor of Internal Medicine and a primary care physician at UCLA Health. His clinical interests include adult primary care, sports medicine, and preventative care. He also serves as a Quality Champion for Quality Improvement initiatives at UCLA.

He is passionate about patient-centered care and strives to integrate the values and priorities of patients with high-quality, evidenced-based medical care. Dr. Fujimoto grew up in the LA area and obtained his MD and MBA from UCLA. He then completed Internal Medicine residency at UCLA. Prior to medical school, he was a scholar-athlete and competed in the 2008 Olympic Trials for judo. He continues to serve as a volunteer physician and is a member of the USA Judo Medical Advisory Committee. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, playing basketball, and walking his dog. He speaks conversational Japanese.
