He is up to date on my other doctor visits, exams, tests, labs, etc. He helpfully summarizes these to make sure that I understand it, and to provide context for the day's exam. He specifically called out a lab test that is new to me, explained why it was done, what it checks, what it found, etc. He also added additional lab work to complement and complete the line of inquiry started by my cardiologist. He has excellent bedside manner: calm, professional, personable, understanding and caring, good at listening and encouraging questions, provides helpful tips, is pleasantly upbeat, etc.

The appointment's purpose was to review the results of some tests my doctor ordered for me. He explained those results clearly, and he recommended a medication that could improve my symptoms. I brought my wife with me, and he was completely open about having her in the room. He was excellent.

Dr. Goldsmith is an amazing Dr. I saw him basically as a follow up after I had been in the emergency room for two days with problems with my right knee and tremendous swelling all the way down to my toes. He has been my Dr. for at least 10 years, and I always sent him to be excellent. He answered all of my questions, and, of course, I look forward to seeing him again whenever I need him.
