About
Dr. John Tran is a primary care physician who practices in Culver City. He is board certified in family medicine, and sees patients of all ages, including infants and children. His clinical interests include pediatrics, adolescent medicine, reentry healthcare for justice-involved populations, immigrant health, and sexual health.
Dr. Tran completed his undergraduate, medical school, and residency at UCLA. He graduated as chief resident from the UCLA Family Medicine Residency, where he developed his passion for teaching. In his free time, he teaches UCLA undergraduate students in a seminar on racial, social, and ethnic disparities in healthcare.
His other interests include cutting hair, bouldering, staying active, and mentoring first-generation students.
