About
Dr. Noggle is a board certified family medicine physician. He completed his residency with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he received the Resident Research Award for his work in telemedicine. Prior to family medicine, Dr. Noggle completed two years in general surgery training with the Department of Surgery at the University of Maryland. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, and completed his undergraduate studies at Baldwin-Wallace College where he played football and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry.
Dr. Noggle’s clinical interests include broad spectrum primary and preventative care for all age groups, chronic disease management with special interest in cardiovascular disease prevention, primary management of HIV, office-based procedures, telemedicine, and technology innovation in primary care.
Dr. Noggle is committed to UCLA Health’s mission of delivering individualized care within a patient-centered medical home. Outside of his time with patients, Dr. Noggle’s greatest joy comes from raising his daughters Lucie and Vivienne with his wife, Anise.
