Dr. Marjan Banooni is a primary care doctor at Bob Hope Health Center. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University and completed family medicine residency from UCLA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with honors from Wayne State University.
Dr. Banooni has special interest in preventative medicine and believes empowering patients to take control of their health. She enjoys teaching her staff and helping her colleagues.
During her time off she enjoys traveling, exercising, spending time outdoors, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Easy check in process. I did the pre checkin paperwork prior to going to office and did the payment pre payment authorization as well. I barely sat down and got called in. Talk about quick service.

She was very patient and attentive, I didn’t feel like she was in a rush to meet her next patient. She was very thorough and understanding about what I was going through. I felt like she was genuinely listening and reflecting on what I was saying overall. The physical exam was very thorough compared to other doctors I’ve had in the past as well.

I have a stye in my eye and, as always, Dr. Banooni gave me great advice (along with a topical ointment prescription) to heal the ailment. I work in entertainment and need to address unsightly ailments such as this ASAP so that I can continue working.
