
Nima Golzy, MD
About
Dr. Nima Golzy obtained his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed internship and residency at the Internal Medicine program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He joined the faculty at UCLA as a Hospitalist in 2019 and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. During his time at UCLA, Dr. Golzy has been involved with medical student education as an instructor in the Problem Based Learning, Doctoring, and Advanced Clinical Skills courses. He also supervises and trains residents from the Departments of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Emergency Medicine while on their inpatient wards rotations. Dr. Golzy is involved in several initiatives, including to reduce readmission rates, reduce inpatient CAUTIs, and to improve transitions of care from the inpatient setting to other levels of care.
