Pauline N. Nguyen, MD

Dr. Pauline Nguyen is a board certified family medicine physician who is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children and adults of all ages. Her clinical interests include LGBTQ+ health including maintaining gender affirming hormone therapy, HIV prevention via PReP/PEP, reproductive health including IUD and nexplanons insertions, adolescent medicine, and mental health.

Dr. Nguyen is the proud daughter of Vietnamese refugees and grew up in Orange County, CA. She received her medical degree at UC Davis where she was awarded the national Herbert Nickens scholarship for leadership in diversity and inclusion. She completed her residency here at UCLA where she started the UCLA Family Medicine LGBTQ+ health track. She is also currently the integration champion for the MINHC grant which integrates the National HIV curriculum into family medicine residencies. In her free time, she enjoys cuddling with her cats Boba and Nacho.
