Dr. Caccione Jr. made my visit to Urgent Care an easy experience. Thel personnel at the clinic was nice. The clinic was clean, something that I liked. I thank you very much to the doctor because my English is not very good, but the way he explained and assure me everything with my health was going to be fine and that I could call or come back if necessary made a great experience.

Really glad I chose this video visit. My first one ever. I got all my questions answered, I think even better than in person bc there was less distraction. No waiting room and waiting in exam room which can take forever sometimes. The doctor is not as rushed I felt and I had more time to ask all questions and get answers. Didn’t have to spend the time with the assistant for routine questions and got all the time with doctor. I’ve been sick 12 days so this really worked out for me to get my prescriptions for my sinus infection late on a Thursday at 6pm. I got to pick up my Rx at my pharmacy before they closed at 7pm and got started last night on antibiotics and nasal spray. Very glad I got this Rx going before weekend. My PC doctor didn’t have appointment until next Wednesday and I couldn’t be sick any longer. Dr Cacchione was very attentive, had answers for every question, and made me feel comfortable with video visit and his knowledge of sinus infections was great! Thank you!!

The doctor and nurses, as well as staff were professional, kind and quickly got me treated. Although, the X-ray machine was down at urgent care, I only had to drive a few blocks to another UCLA facility to get a chest X-ray that the doctor prescribed.

Dr. Philip M Cacchione was one of the best doctors I’ve interacted with as a patient. He shows empathy and care to the patient, and this is especially so appreciated in an urgent care setting. I was anxious about quickly addressing my problem (I scheduled an appointment at the Ashe Center first, earliest available time was next Thursday), and I was in a meeting with Dr Cacchione very quickly. He surveyed my symptoms, gave me the option to try antibiotics and then come in for a followup if they didn't work. It all took maybe 15 minutes from me entering the queue. Dr Cacchione was friendly and straightforward, he made me feel reassured.
