In my appointment today we went over the diabetes medication and how well I have been able to control it. We went over medications for cholesterol and allergic reactions to the statins. Dr. Padilla advised on the meds and its effects and the allergic reactions and also advised on trying new methods for treating cholesterol. I have been able to eat better and control all illnesses under her care and supervision. Thanks to Dr. Padilla I was able to turn my life around and live a better healthy lifestyle. Forever grateful with her and UCLA Health.

Dr. Padilla is a very humorous doctor she always finds a way to say something good in the midst of whatever might be bad but for me… Everything went really well. We checked on my high blood pressure and we did a blood test and that came out positive and my ears were stuffed so we talked about seeing a doctor for that so basically she and staff are amazing

She is very knowledgable, practical, and compassionate, and at the risk of sounding hokey, she makes me feel well cared for.

Doctors assistant was cheery and polite. She guided me all through preparation for the doctor. Doctor Padilla was great telling what more receive need. She is the reason I’m trying to quit smoking! When I saw her three weeks ago for severe bronchitis, she told me firmly but with empathy the my smoking was definitely why I keep getting chest illness - immediately went from 15 to 5 a day!! I’ll do it.

It felt not personal at all. This was my first experience at this office and with ucla for a primary care doc. I did not felt personally cared for at all. The doctor was argumentative, spoke over me and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. I would not want to see this specific doctor again. She did not explain to me what was happening or what she was seeing. She questioned everything I said and didnt even review my intake forms asking me the exact same questions and even told me I wasnt forthright with the information I was providing her when I was and had previously reported the details that she failed to review.
