Romana Brennan, RD, MS

About

Romana Brennan, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. She received her bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley, where she studied integrative biology and Spanish. She went on to obtain her master's degree in Nutrition, Health Span and Longevity from the University of Southern California, where she also completed her dietetic training.

At the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition, Romana provides nutrition counseling to individuals with obesity, metabolic syndrome, and comorbidities such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. She believes in lifestyle modifications for sustainable weight loss and disease prevention, as well as caring for individuals from a whole-person perspective. She also helps coordinate nutrition research and clinical trials at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition. A Southern California native, Romana enjoys playing soccer, exploring new hiking trails and trying new restaurants in her free time.
