I can bever expressed how blessed I feel having UCLA Health. I’ve always had the most remarkable doctors. My doctor today was perhaps the most remarkable ever. And I’m only sad that she is a “walk-in doctor“ because I would love to have had her for my primary care! They don’t get better than this.

I waited 5 hours to be seen by your dr. For absolutely nothing! I’m so sick with a cough, stuffy nose, ear pain and she send me home with nothing! What a waste of my time. I will no longer go here again. This is the second time I go urgent care and they give me nothing and a few days later I have to go to the ER with pneumonia.

She was attentive and took her time to hear what I was saying. She looked over everything, and then reassured me by putting it in a perspective that made sense. She did not want me to change my medication at this time, and did want me to check all this with my cardiologist (who is out of town.) I felt and am feeling much better.

I was a walk-in patient that needed immediate attention for abdominal pain. Dr. Shirin Aghazadeh diagnosed me as potentially having diverticulitis and ordered a STAT CT scan for the afternoon. At 6pm she called me and spoke to my wife regarding the CT scan results. Her diagnosis was correct and she ordered the appropriate meds at our local pharmacy. Consequently, I am on the mend. Dr. Adhazadeh was completely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt completely confident to be in her care. I am grateful to be a patient within the UCLA system.

Dr A, was warm, concerned and professional. Listened to my concerns, gave suggestions of possible reasons for my medical condition, exam education my forrt, ankle and lower leg, requested my foot be xrayed, and followed with an appt the following day for further testing of an ultra sound, with a follow up appt with my primary physician. Furthermore, the office staff ran proficiently, to expedite walkin status.
