My Dr was thorough, informed, professional and kind. I had a sprained wrist on top of my arthritis and she knew how to test every bone and recommended the right x-rays. She listened well and gave good advice for my condition going forward I would come to her and recommend her.

I suffered a dog bite this morning and was really afraid to go to the ER it was very deep bite and wasn't sure where to go and I found UCLA urgent care online. It was so convenient. From the moment I walked in. The reception was so gracious and got me in very soon they warned me it would take an hour or an hour and a half but I was in within 40 minutes or less. From the nursing staff to the physician to radiology everyone was 10 out of 10 thank you so much for making a very miserable experience manageable

I stopped by , suspecting Ihad a UTI.. person at the desk gave me a cup and I provided sample and went into assigned room right away. Dr Tan was very nice and thorough.. Was on my way home before I was charged for parking. I was pleased.
