The doctor in urgent care went over and beyond and determined needed to go to the ER The doctor in the ER I saw only twice but the nurses were top notch

Longer wait than usual to get in and to be seen once in the exam room. Not a big deal as there was a lot going on, and I was told ahead of time there may be a long wait. I wish more people would be up front about the wait or anything that can be perceived as negative. I was very happy about their honesty and as a result, I didn’t stress out or get mad.

Went to walk-in clinic experiencing right flank pain over the past two days. You’re a negative doctor explained options for flank pain. Did a thorough examination recommended hydrating more and maybe taking acetaminophen if pain continues.
