Slavita M. Laies, MD

Dr. Slavita Laies is an endocrinologist who practices at UCLA Health San Luis Obispo. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Victor Babes, Timisoara, Romania. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and her fellowship training at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and Health Science Center. Dr. Laies was born and raised in Romania.  She has a multi-cultural background and is fluent in both Romanian and Serbian. In her free time she enjoys taking care of her indoor plants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
