Wendy Y. Sun, MD

Dr. Wendy Sun is a pediatrician based in Santa Monica. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care and partnering with families to support children’s health and development from infancy through adolescence. Her clinical interests include preventive care, newborn care, child development, and environmental health. She is excited to continue caring for families in Los Angeles and to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Sun earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University before returning to her home state of Maryland to attend medical school at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She then moved to Los Angeles to complete her pediatric residency at UCLA focusing on primary care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sun enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring the outdoors, crafting, and being with her family and friends.
