• Name will appear on the Simms/Mann Center website’s Endowment Donor Honor Roll 
• Annual meeting, or more frequently if requested, with the Center director and relevant staff 
• Recognition in relation to one program per year (online and in print, when applicable); options include: 
  • San Fernando community programming, or other communities of care 
  • Breast cancer programming, or other cancers of interest 
  • Art, nutrition, mindfulness therapy, spiritual care, or other specialty programming 
• Invitation to attend a donor appreciation gathering each year 
• Recognition on the donor wall in the lobby of the Doris and Louis Factor Health Sciences Building, the headquarters of the UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center 
• A gift announcement will be submitted to U Magazine, which is distributed to more than 70,000 households 
• Annual Endowment in Action Report that describes the impact of the donor’s generous endowment

$2 million Endowment

All of the above, plus: 

• Should the donor wish, a gift story/donor profile will appear on Simms/Mann Center website 
• Gift story will be submitted to U Magazine, which is distributed to more than 70,000 households 
• Naming of the office of a Simms/Mann clinician in a community clinic

$5 million Endowment 

All of the above, plus: 

• Annual meeting with UCLA Health leadership 
• Naming of a public space in a community clinic 
• Potential stories in additional UCLA publications and sites, including: 
  • UCLA and UCLA Health Newsrooms 
  • UCLA Philanthropy Forward website
