Baked Korean Sweet Potatoes
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 45–60 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Korean sweet potatoes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 °F. Wash sweet potatoes and wipe dry with a paper towel. With a fork, poke sweet potatoes 4-5x each to allow venting.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until soft and tender. Use a fork to poke the sweet potato. If there’s no resistance, they should be done
- Remove from oven and cool. Serve once cool enough to handle. Peel skin and sprinkle with salt (optional) before consuming.
