Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cubed and frozen dragon fruit
- 1 cup cubed and frozen mango
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
- ½ cup frozen coconut chunks (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust sweetness if needed by adding up to 1 Tbs maple syrup.
- Serve immediately.
