Dragon Fruit Smoothie

1 cup cubed and frozen dragon fruit
1 cup cubed and frozen mango
1 fresh banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
½ cup frozen coconut chunks (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding up to 1 Tbs maple syrup.
  3. Serve immediately.
