UCLA Health Sports Performance powered by EXOS provide high-quality training, nutrition and wellness support to athletes, clients and teams of all ages and abilities.
UCLA Health is excited to collaborate with EXOS, a premier sports performance organization that trains elite athletes, U.S. military, global corporate employees, recreational adults, high schoolers and youth at over 400 sites worldwide. The EXOS system utilizes their integrated four pillar approach of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery by providing tools and education to improve performance, reduce risk of injury and fuel your body.
Each program at UCLA Health Sports Performance begins with an individualized assessment, where our team of performance specialists and sports dietitians learn more about you and your needs, and tailor a program to help you reach your goals.
Our state of the art 2,500 square foot space is located within the UCLA Health Training Center - Home of the Los Angeles Lakers with access to the Campus El Segundo Athletic Fields next door in El Segundo, CA. In addition, UCLA Health proudly serves the South Bay with medical offices throughout the community, giving you access to experts across the entire continuum of care.

The mission of our comprehensive sports nutrition program is to help athletes optimize their fueling program to help achieve their athletic performance goals. Our eat to win services include:
By creating individualized meal plans, athletes are able to make better food choices to optimize performance. Educating the athletes to purposefully fuel their bodies creates an ideal physiologic environment for strength gains, preventing overuse injuries and keeping athletes on the field. Our nutrition experts instill the knowledge of efficient fueling to the athletes reminding them that food is the fundamental building block to superior performance.
Movement: incidental and structured movement for optimization
Recovery: the mind and body repair, recharge and upgrade during rest
