EXOS Community Engagement Manager
Deviny is a Community Engagement Manager with EXOS. She helps tailor solutions for individuals and organizations to meet and exceed their sport and lifestyle needs. Deviny takes a practical, goal-minded approach to guide people towards their full potential.
She began her career in her hometown, coaching Varsity volleyball at Seattle Academy and operating a beach volleyball center in Bellevue, WA. After a couple years as a coach, she realized she had more to accomplish as an athlete. She moved to the South Bay to pursue the dream of playing professional beach volleyball. She quickly discovered that in order to become a high-level athlete, it would take more than just practicing the game. She sought out sports performance training, which helped take her game to the pro level.
Prior to joining UCLA Health Sports Performance Powered by EXOS, she worked at Velocity Sports Performance where she found her passion in the sports performance industry. Not only was she able to help athletes perform better, but she helped athletes gain confidence in themselves.
Now, as she continues to play pro beach volleyball, she also hopes to give back to the South Bay community by delivering sports performance solutions and upgrading lives.
Deviny graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in English.
