Athletes work in small groups for 60-90 minutes with a Performance Specialist to improve sport-specific movement quality and achieve sport-specific strength & power profiles.

Our Sports Performance programs support athletes with comprehesive services, including sports-specific training and nutrition guidance.
Athletes work in groups and train under guidance of our Performance Specialists, who have worked with the world's most elite athletes at EXOS, to improve strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, and endurance required for their sport.
Food is fuel for high performance. Our Performance Dietitian will provide individual guidance and strategies to optimize eating habits & hydration levels, maximize performance, build strong muscles, and prevent injury.
Our coaches cultivate a safe, supportive, and positive environment, that prevents injury and produces lasting results. We guide athletes to improve in the four pillars of human performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery.
Our state-of-the-art 2,500 square foot space is located within the UCLA Health Training Center – Home of the Los Angeles Lakers
