Women’s Health & Money @ Work helps women balance their health and financial challenges on and off the job through offering a series of free health and financial educational programs. Prior to COVID-19, programs were offered at job training centers, WorkSource centers, worksites, schools, and community centers. Due to COVID-19, programs are being offered remotely via Zoom. Low to-moderate-income women in Los Angeles County receive financial coaching, enrollment assistance, guidance on accessing health care, and nutrition education. The mission of Women’s Health & Money @ Work (WHMW) is to advance women’s health equity and financial literacy.
A financial literacy and nutrition education program conducted by Worksite Wellness LA at Leichty Middle School.
