About

Dr. Zorawar Noor is an Assistant Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Noor's clinical and research focus is breast cancer. Dr. Noor chose the field of oncology because he is most passionate about caring for people and finding solutions that work for them. He is an investigator on numerous clinical trials and provides cutting edge and novel treatment options to patients in Orange County.

Dr. Noor grew up in Baltimore, where he attended Johns Hopkins University for his undergraduate and graduate studies, which focused on cancer biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where he received awards for medical ethics and leadership and was one of the select few inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the University of California, Irvine, where he was a chief resident. He completed his fellowships in hematology and medical oncology at UCLA prior to joining as faculty at UCLA. At UCLA, he trained under leading experts who have advanced the field of breast cancer. 

He is on staff Saddleback Memorial Medical Center and Hoag hospitals. He is also a member of the American Society for Clinical Oncologists, the American Society of Hematology and the American College of Physicians, among other organizations.

Dr. Noor lives in Orange County with his wife and two children. When he's not working, he enjoys doing art projects with his kids, gardening, hiking, and cooking up new recipes with his family.
