Greating this was my first experience with a video appointment for my mom . It was great. The doctor was very attentive . I also mentioned to the doctor that I had upper back pain and he was dismissive about it saying it was muscular and to massage it with a lacrosse ball. This was not in the notes.

This is the second time within a week that I have had the pleasure of using this media for care. The dock toes are so great and even though it’s via of telephone, the care and concern of each dr was experienced. I am extremely pleased with this as an option for medical attention. Please keep this available as it truly makes a difference in the timelessness of quality care.

I came in for a vagina infection and the doctor didn?t do an internal exam and also had me do a self swab, which I?m not sure I did correctly. This doesn?t feel like a thorough or accurate way to test a patient who comes in for an infection. He also didn?t ask about sexual history or anything.

This is the first time I met Dr. Hu and what I didn’t like was that I had to wait in the room for over 40 minutes before he showed up. Patients have schedules too and we should not be waiting for that long with no one checking or telling me what was why the wait.
