To apply for the UCLA Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship Program, please submit your application via ERAS – link below.

Qualifications:

  • Completed accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship
  • Have a valid CA license or Postgraduate training license from the California Medical Board
  • We currently also accept trainees with J-1 Visas or H-1B visas

Match Calendar

Here is an approximate programmatic annual schedule for matching and appointments

  • Match opens for user registration: Late August
  • Rank order list opens: Late September
  • Program quota change/withdrawal deadline: Early November
  • Rank order list certification deadline: Late November
  • Match Day: Early December
  • Training begins: July 1st- June 30th
