Applications for the positions beginning August 1st, 2025 are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). The deadline to apply for the 2025-2026 academic year is April 1st, 2024 at 8:00AM PST.

Your ERAS application must include three letters of recommendation from individuals who can access your clinical capabilities as well as your future potential for the field of Gynecologic Oncology. Please also ensure that your Medical School Performance Evaluations, medical school transcripts, and USMLE scores are also uploaded onto ERAS. CREOG reports should be sent directly to Valeria Montoya Ramirez via email at [email protected]. Applicants with a foreign medical degree must also include copies of all educational transcripts, exam scores, and ECFMG certificate with the application. All application materials must be received by the deadline in order to be considered a candidate for this program.

Select candidates will be offered an invitation to interview with our program virtually. Interview offers will be extended in late April 2024 after review of applications.

Applicants will also need to register for the National Resident Matching Program. Applicants may get more information on the NRMP fellowship match application process and deadlines at their website or call 1-866-653-6767.
