Clinical Trial Submission Guidelines

(All Clinical Trial Proposals must be submitted to DOS - Research Administration)

Guidelines

1. Pre-clinical trials submission, please provide a blank copy of the CDA (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement) of your clinical study interest to: [email protected]  
   
   Note: The institution will review the CDA and sign based on University standards. Please refrain from signing and submitting CDA's on your behalf.
    
2. To initiate a clinical trial proposal, please send the following to [email protected]:
      • A copy of the protocol
      • A copy of the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA)
      • Sponsor contact information for budget negotiations and contracting
      • Sponsor budget
      • A draft internal budget (if applicable)
      • IRB approval (if available)
      • Completed QCT ("Qualified Clinical Trial") form
