From the time I contacted UCLA through surgery, UCLA was organized, right on, polite and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went smoothly. Dr. Yeh and his assistant asked if I had any concerns but I had no anxiety. Dr. Yeh even held my hand. I loved that he did that - it was very comforting. I was well taken care of when I got to me hospital room. The nurses were cool and I was very impressed. If you are going to UCLA Santa Monica I recommend the valet parking,
